It can also be used by 8 people for 6 months, by 1 person for 4 years, or in other combinations, depending on your needs and budget. These dehydrated foods have a 7 to 15 year, or longer, shelf life. Shipping time is 1-2 weeks from cannery's receipt of your order.

Each item is sold by the case, which consists of 6 #10 (Number 10) cans (almost a gallon in size). Items marked "#2.5" consist of a case of 6 - 2 1/2 size cans (almost a quart in size), unless marked with "can" designation.
Each can comes with a lid. (We recommend buying a dozen or so extra lids to allow for breakage.) If you drink coffee, the coffee can lids will fit. The large size is a #10 and the small is a #2 1/2.
