Cheese blend is a mix for sauces to be used over vegetables, with chips,
baked potatoes, and pastas. A great tasting addition for your emergency food
storage.
Ingredients: A dehydrated blend of whey, corn and
wheat starches-modified, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, annatto
extract, cheese culture, enzymes), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, salt,
nonfat milk, natural and artificial flavors, lactic acid, disodium phosphate,
yellow 5, yellow lake, yellow 6, yellow 6 lake. *Contains less than 2%
silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% disodium phosphate as
a processing aid.
Contains: dairy, soy , and wheat.
Directions:
Gradually combine
1/4 cup mix with 3/4 cup water and blend well. Yields approximately 1
cup. Use as a sauce for casseroles, potatoes, nachos, soups, and
flavorings. For thinner sauce increase liquid and for paste decrease
liquid. Milk may be used for a creamy flavor.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum
condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our
enameled cans and Super pail buckets product may store 10-15 years. Bulk
products are not packaged for storage.

soy, and tree nut products.
