Simply mount the grinder on a table or countertop and secure it with the positive clamping screw. A rubber pad protects against marring and scratching. Fill the hopper with the ingredient to be ground, select the desired texture, and turn the handle. The Back-to-Basics Grain Grinder makes flour more rapidly and with less power: 1 cup of fine flour per minute and more than twice that quantity on the coarse setting. You’ll be delighted with the results.
