Year Unit and Large Dehydrated Food Orders **BINDING AGREEMENT**
Need for this Agreement During this period of "panic buying" of DEHYDRATED FOODS, we have had an inordinate number of orders being DELIVERED to customers who CLAIM they tried to cancel their orders and NOW refuse to pay for the order.
We did NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FROM ANY OF THESE CUSTOMERS. Our contact information is at the bottom of nearly EVERY page on our website, http://www.internet-grocer.net (In case you "can't" scroll to the bottom of our pages, it is txfooddude @ internet-grocer.net [remove the spaces])
Consequently, these thieves/deadbeats/non-payers have caused us to lose thousands of dollars in lost product, and lost shipping, charges. We cannot survive as a business, suffering these losses. We WANT to believe all our customers are honest and upright, but that has NOT proved to be the case.
This has caused us to implement this CHARGE CARD policy, effective immediately:
If you order ANY year- or month-supply of DEHYDRATED FOOD (12+ week delivery time), or if you order a LARGE AMOUNT OF ANY DEHYDRATED FOODS, $500.00 or more (again, 12+ week delivery time), your credit card will be charged AT THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED and you MUST sign and mail us this ORIGINAL "Binding Agreement (not to charge back your credit card order)" for us to place your order.
IF YOU DON'T MAIL THIS TO US, WE WILL NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER and we will not place your order until we receive it. There are NO exceptions to this policy. (You can thank the thieves for this!)

Agreement Not To Chargeback My Order, Regardless of How Long It Takes to Receive
I have ordered a LARGE quantity of DEHYDRATED FOODS from Best Prices Storable Foods, 1715 CR 2540, Quinlan, TX 75474, Phone 903-356-6443 (a company in business since 1994).
I understand that Best Prices Storable Foods currently CANNOT guarantee ANY set delivery time for these dehydrated foods because they are drop-shipped from a cannery out of their control. I understand that these products WILL be delivered as soon as the cannery can get to them. I agree to wait for their delivery however long that takes. I further understand that, during this time of panic-buying, I cannot get a ship date.
I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT, IF THE CANNERY SHIPS MY ORDER, EVEN IF I HAVE CANCELLED THE ORDER, THAT I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES FROM, AND BACK TO, THE CANNERY. (So, please be sure you REALLY want whatever you order for dehydrated foods!)
I AGREE TO PAY A 10% CANCELLATION FEE IF I CANCEL AND MY ORDER HAS BEEN IN PLACE FOR 2 WEEKS OR MORE, AND I WILL NOT CHARGE THIS CANCELLATION FEE BACK.
I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT THE CREDIT CARD CHARGE FOR THIS/THESE ORDER(S) AT THIS TIME, AND I AGREE NOT TO CHARGE BACK THIS ORDER BECAUSE OF ANY SHIPPING DELAY, REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG IT TAKES.
I UNDERSTAND THAT BEST PRICES STORABLE FOODS WILL REFUND THIS ORDER IF, FOR ANY REASON, THE CANNERY IS UNABLE TO FILL THIS ORDER.

, but you MUST watch for our acknowledgement email to be sure we received it. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY "I SENT IT BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT" excuses. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that we receive your cancellation request.
If you cannot abide by these rules, CANCEL NOW or do not order. We've been in business since 1994 and have NEVER cheated ANYONE, but we realize you don't know us, so we understand your cancellation and it will not hurt our feelings.
