Following is an alphabetized list of the ingredients in the entrees of our MREs.  Our supplier packs the cases somewhat randomly, and you cannot specify which MREs are included in a case.  You get what you get.  There are 12 MREs per case and they contain packages of crackers, peanut butter (or cheese spread), a cookie (or similar dessert), instant coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, matches, a plastic utensil.

BARBECUE SAUCE WITH BEEF 

Cooked beef (beef, water, salt), water, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, modified food starch, dehydrated onion, salt, chili powder (spices, paprika, garlic powder, and less than 2% sodium silicon dioxide to prevent caking), dehydrated green and red bell peppers, garlic powder and spices.

BEEF CHILI WITH BEANS 

Water, beef, pinto beans, tomatoes in juice (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride), tomato paste, modified corn starch, onions, natural flavor, chili powder (chili pepper, spices, salt, garlic powder), salt, spices.

BEEF ENCHILADA IN SAUCE

Beef enchilada [Filling (water, beef {beef, water, textured soy protein concentrate [soy protein concentrate, caramel color], textured vegetable protein [soy flour, caramel color], salt, black pepper}, soybean oil, less than 2% of the following: Modified food starch, onion powder, ground cumin, chili powder, spices), tortilla (enriched corn meal {enriched with thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, reduced iron, and folic acid}, water, cellulose gum, potassium sorbate {preservative}, trace of lime)], diced tomatoes, water, green chilies (green chili peppers, water, salt, calcium chloride and citric acid), contains 2% or less of the following: Tomato paste, onion, soybean oil, modified food starch, beef base (roasted beef including beef juices, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, potato flour, dry whey, caramel color, flavorings, corn oil and paprika), paprika, soy protein concentrate (with less than 2% lecithin), sugar, spices, salt, green bell pepper, guar gum, xanthan gum, chili powder (chili pepper and other spices, salt, dehydrated garlic and less than 2% silicon dioxide added as a free flow agent), garlic powder.

BEEF STEW 

Water, diced seasoned cooked beef with water and binder product (beef, water, modified corn, salt, sodium phosphate, rosemary extract), carrots, modified corn starch, potatoes, green peas, tomato paste. Contains less than 2% of each of the following: Beef base (roasted beef including beef juices, autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, potato flour, dry whey, caramel color, flavorings, corn oil and paprika), margarine (partially hydrogenated and fully refined soybean oil, water, salt, mono and diglycerides, whey [milk], and soy lecithin. Sodium benzoate added to help preserve freshness. Artificially flavored, artificially colored with beta-carotene. BREADED CHICKEN BREAST PATTIE WITH RIB MEAT IN TOMATO SAUCE WITH PASTA

CHICKEN WITH NOODLES, HOMESTYLE

Water, cooked chicken with rib meat (chicken, water, modified rice starch, salt, soy protein isolate, sodium phosphate), egg noodles (durum semolina, eggs, glyceryl monostearate, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), carrots, onions, corn, celery, modified corn starch, chicken flavor (yeast extract, salt, sugar, dried chicken meat, soy flour, torula yeast), lemon juice, canola oil, spices, natural flavor, beta carotene.

CHILI AND MACARONI

EGG OMELET WITH VEGETABLES AND CHEESE

Whole eggs, diced tomatoes, cottage cheese (skim milk, cream, nonfat dry milk, lactose, salt, guar gum, mono and diglycerides, xanthan gums, carob bean gum, potassium sorbate and carbon dioxide, cheese cultures, enzymes and Vitamin A palmitate), water, Monterey Jack Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt enzymes, Vitamin A palmitate, celulose powder added to prevent caking), green chiles (green chile peppers, water, salt, calcium chloride and citric acid), corn starch, margarine (patrially hydrogenated and fully refined soybean oil, water, salt, mono and diglycerides, whey, and soy lecithin, sodium benzoate added to help preserve freshness.  Artificially flavored, artificially colored with beta-carotene. VEGETABLE STEW WITH BEEF
