*** For truck/freight/common carrier shipments, shipping damage MUST be notated on delivery ticket at the time of delivery (specifying the number of cases damaged) and MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment (stating which products were damaged) in order for goods to be replaced.

UPS shipping damage MUST be reported to UPS within 2 days and a damage claim made.

If these things are not done, product cannot be replaced. ***
