These dehydrated foods will store 7 to 15 years or more, unopened. The cooler you can keep the cans, the longer they will store.
These dry food Trial Packs are full cases at a discounted price. They give you an opportunity to try the dehydrated foods without making a huge investment. Cases marked #2.5 are 2 1/2 size cans, about a quart in size. Cases marked #10 are #10 cans, about a gallon in size. Each can comes with its own lid. These cases contain a lot of food! Dehydrated products typically reconstitute to 2-3 times their dehydrated size. For example, a tablespoon of dehydrated Chopped Onions—when reconstituted—is about equal to a medium sized onion.
Dehydrated foods are very versatile: Tomato Powder, for instance, will make everything from tomato paste, to sauce, to soup, to juice! Add the right spices and a little vinegar and you can even make your own ketchup (catsup, too)!

Please Note: It is YOUR responsibility to report, and make claim for, any shipping damage incurred by UPS or other shipping company. UPS is frequently rough with packages. Have the driver sign for any damaged cases. (Please do not make a claim for minor denting of the cans. Minor dents will not affect the storage life of the product.) will not replace product or issue refunds for damaged goods that you do not report, and for which we are not reimbursed by the shipping company. (Do not dispose of damaged product until shipping company OKs it. They frequently want to inspect damage. If there is internal, hidden damage, you keep the product in the original packaging for UPS or trucking company inspection.)
